Never-Rains is based in the United Kingdom, and all orders are dispatched directly from the UK.

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Tracking will be provided once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As a small business, we want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, so we’re currently offering international shipping to selected EU countries only: Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium.

We’re working towards offering worldwide shipping as we grow :)

☆ Please note:  International shipping fees do not include any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any parcels returned due to non-payment of customs fees will be subject to an administrative charge of 100£. We will also deduct the cost of our website card processing fees, original shipping, and shipment insurance from your refund.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If anything arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, let us know within 48 hours and we'll sort it.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Never-Rains cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
