Our Resale Model

Never-Rains sells vintage and pre-loved pieces on behalf of individual private owners on a consignment basis. Ownership remains with the private seller until the item is sold, with Never-Rains acting as an intermediary.

Returns & Cancellations

For purchases made under this private-consignment arrangement, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or cancellations, including for sale items.

Please review the photographs, measurements and condition notes carefully before purchasing. If you would like additional information about a piece, contact us before placing your order.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other legal rights that apply to your purchase.

Vintage & Pre-Loved Condition

Our pieces have lived previous lives and may show signs of age and wear, including patina, surface marks and wear to materials or hardware.

We aim to describe and photograph each item’s condition clearly. Disclosed imperfections form part of the condition of the piece you are purchasing.

If you believe your item differs from its description, please contact us so we can investigate.

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of every piece sold through Never-Rains. We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we sell. Each item is carefully authenticated by independent third-party specialists and our in-house experts.

If an item is proven to be inauthentic, we will arrange its return at our expense and issue a full refund, including the original delivery charge. This guarantee applies beyond 14 days from delivery.

To raise an authenticity concern, email contact@neverrainsarchive.com with your order number and any supporting evidence, such as an independent authentication report.

Returning an Inauthentic Item

Please contact us before returning an item so we can arrange postage and provide return instructions.

Include all accessories originally supplied, such as dust bags, straps and package the item securely.

Once the authenticity issue has been established and the return completed, we will process your refund to the original payment method without undue delay.

*Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your applicable legal rights. Where Never-Rains sells its own stock as a business seller, the applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights will apply.
